The best AI agents that post for you

By Len Travers, Co founder, Spoollie · October 20, 2026 · 5 minute read

An AI agent is a helper that does a job for you. You say what you want. It goes and does the work.

Some agents plan. Some write. Some build. A few keep working after you close the app. Here are five we like, and the one job each does best.

At the end, we show how Spoollie ties them together, so your posts go out on time.

Claude: Plans a month of posts

Claude is an AI helper from Anthropic. You chat with it like you would with a person. It is great at long plans and clear writing.

  • Ask for 30 days of post ideas for your business.
  • Turn one idea into a hook, a caption, and a line that tells people what to do next.
  • Rewrite a rough draft so it sounds like you.

Paste in two or three posts you love and ask Claude to match that voice. Your posts will sound like you.

ChatGPT: Writes every caption

ChatGPT is a chat helper from OpenAI. Tell it about your post, and it writes a few caption choices you can pick from.

  • Write five caption choices for one photo or video.
  • Make a short list of hashtags that fit your post.
  • Cut a long caption down to two clear lines.

Tell it who the post is for and what you want them to do. Clear asks give you clear captions.

Manus: Builds the whole week

Manus is an AI helper that does whole jobs for you. You tell it what you need. It goes off, makes the files, and comes back with the result.

  • Ask it to plan and build a full week of posts in one go.
  • Ask it to gather facts and numbers for a post, so you do not have to hunt for them.
  • Ask it to tidy your photos and videos into one folder, ready to post.

Give it the finish line. For example, say seven posts, with captions, ready by Sunday night.

Cue: Schedules from a chat

Cue is a personal agent app from the Manus team. Each agent keeps working after you close the app, so you can hand it a job and check back later. Cue is new, and you may need an invite code to try it.

  • Chat with your agent and tell it to schedule this week's posts.
  • Ask it to remind you when a post needs a look.
  • Let it handle the small jobs while you are away.

Give each agent one clear job. A focused agent does better work than one that does everything.

Grok Bot: Checks your results

Grok Bot is a helper from xAI that works like a teammate. It has its own computer and keeps working while you are away. It is still in early testing.

  • Ask which posts got the most views this week.
  • Ask it to find what your best posts have in common.
  • Ask for a short report you can read in one minute.

Ask it for one thing to do next, not a long report. One clear step beats ten ideas.

A simple week with all of them

  1. Monday: Ask Claude to plan a month of posts.
  2. Tuesday: Have ChatGPT write every caption.
  3. Wednesday: Ask Manus to build the whole week.
  4. Thursday: Tell Cue to send it to Spoollie and schedule it from a chat.
  5. Friday: Ask Grok Bot to check your results, then plan the next batch.

Spoollie: The tool that posts it everywhere

Each agent above does one job well. But none of them is built to post. After they plan, write, and build, you still log in to every app and upload it all again. That last step is where good content gets stuck.

Spoollie fixes that last step. It is a content distribution tool. You connect your agent one time. After that, your agent can send your content to Spoollie as drafts or as scheduled posts. Spoollie then posts it to all of your channels at the times you pick.

You stay in charge. Look at every post, change a caption, pick a new cover, or post it right now. You can also skip the agent and upload your own content. Spoollie handles that too.

How it works

  1. Create your account and connect your channels. It takes about a minute.
  2. Connect your agent, like Claude, ChatGPT, Manus, Cue, Grok Bot, or Muse. You only do this once.
  3. Tell your agent what to send. For example: send this week's posts to Spoollie and schedule them.
  4. Review and schedule. Posts can land as drafts or already scheduled. Spoollie only posts what you tell it to.

Then Spoollie shows you which posts get the most views, comments, and shares, so your next batch gets better. You can ask your agent for those numbers, too.

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and more, all from one place.
